Just before our family move, Star Alliance Installed a new furnace, air conditioning and tankless hot water. So far, so good! I highly recommend Star Alliance Heating and Cooling – talk to Jacky, he’s the go to person and priced out several other competitors. They also cleaned up and followed up with us to ensure we were happy with the installation. Excellent work!
WE HAD THE AC, FURNACE AND HOT WATER TANK INSTALLED IN JULY. JACKY AND IVANHOE ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. REASONABLE PRICE, FAST, RELIABLE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY EVEN DID THE WARRANTY REGISTRATION FOR US…EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.
Jacky was a patience & knowledgable sales rep, he was nice to deal with (although evidently he had many appointments that day and I was probalby taking too much of his time). The AC installation was done in half a day by 2 guys, and I have not had any problems since the install 2 months ago. The price was also very reasonable, I would recommend their service.
I do consider myself a hard-rater, however, I found Star Alliance through a referal and overall I am very pleased with both the service and equipment installed. The most impressive part as that they left the furnace area cleaner than when they started the replacement which demonstrates to me that they really do go the extra mile
